The Catholic Telegraph (online edition) continues to post many useful resources regarding what the Archdiocese is doing to meet the needs of the faithful during this time of epidemic.   Included on their webpage is a page regarding celebration of Holy Week, including  links to livestream Masses with Archbishop Schnurr.

This Wednesday at 10:00 a.m., Fr. Angi (the diocesan chancellor) will be celebrating a livestreamed Mass  at the Cathedral for the frontline workers battling the Covid virus -- medics, first responders and more.  Please keep them in your prayers, even if you can't watch that Mass.   That's in the Holy Week page as well.

As I write this, they are livestreaming the chrism Mass, the Mass honoring the priesthood and blessing the holy oils used in parishes throughout the Archdiocese.  This is a sad occasion for me because, ordinarily, all of the priests of the Archdiocese gather with their ordinary (Archbishop Schnurr) to celebrate this Mass together and renew the promises they made on ordination day.  Because of circumstances, only the deans are celebrating Mass with the Archbishop this year.

Please pray for your priests!
